I've been super busy
lately, there are so many things to take care of before I go to
Korea. But I've been doing some reading.
I found this three-volume manhwa, well it is actually
a webtoon, that was made into a book. A Korean friend of mine
recommended it and I also saw it at the library in our university and
decided to give it a try.
The story is called 그대를
사랑합니다 (I love you) by 강풀.
Its about an old couple and their love story, it tells abut how the
find together and also about their thoughts and situations. The story
is sad, but also really beautiful. It can be a bit difficult to read, because there are some expressions used by older people and also some dialects in it, but it was really fun to read.
And while searching for more information about it on the internet, I found out that there is actually a movie based on it, and even a drama. I really want to watch them. I'm curious how they made the movie and if it's as good as the webtoon.
I want to watch it even more, since Lee Soon Jae (이순재), an actor I really like, plays the one of the main characters (in both, drama and movie) and one of my favourite actresses Song Ji Hyo (송지효) is also in the movie.
